Annie was born in Sullivan County NY and graduated from Livingston Manor Central School in 1982. Since she has been old enough to be employed, Annie has worked in the hospitality business. In 2003; Annie decided that she wanted a career that would bring her closer to home, and keep her connected to people in a special and important way. A career that would fulfill her desire to make the people in her life feel good about themselves.

 In April of 2003 Annie graduated from ”The Philips Hairstyling Institute” in Syracuse, NY. Soon after graduation, she started her own business in Livingston Manor NY and named it "Annie's Tips and Toes".  On June 24, 2008 "Annie's Tips and Toes" was relocated to Annie’s home, in Roscoe NY.  Annie is currently planning to expand the salon in the near future and add additional services and products.
